Hey, I’m Shannon.
I show entrepreneurs how to scale their business the smart way — with

✨ systems that run in the background,

✨ automations that save hours, and

✨ programs that bring in income on repeat.

I was never cut out for the 9–5. The idea of asking permission to take a holiday or missing out on school breaks with my kids? Nope. What I wanted was freedom — to be a present mum, do meaningful work, and build a life on my terms.

Back in 2014, I started The Cultured Kid, an in-person, service based foreign language program for kids. It grew fast, which was great… except the busier it got, the busier I got.

And busy was never my definition of success.

The harder I worked, the more I realised I was building a business that stole time from my family — instead of giving me more of it.

So I took a leap of faith and moved my business online. It wasn’t overnight, and it definitely wasn’t perfect — there were plenty of experiments, mistakes, and “back to the drawing board” moments.

But through all that trial and error, I built a membership site that grew into a 7-figure business. More importantly, it gave me the freedom I’d been chasing — to be home with my kids, take every school holiday off, and finally run a business that fits my life, not the other way around.

And here’s the best part:
this kind of freedom isn’t just my story
— it’s possible for you, too
!

Maybe you want to step out of the weeds of your business and be more present with your family. Maybe you’re craving a model that gives you breathing room. Or maybe you just want your hard work to finally translate into freedom — not more busyness.

Whatever your dream looks like — scaling without stress, programs that run on autopilot, or simply shutting the laptop without guilt — I’m here to share the strategies and systems that make it possible.

I’ve done the trial and error, flipped the model, and built a 7-figure membership that gave me the freedom to be fully present with my kids. And now, I help entrepreneurs like you do the same.

Why I get out of bed in the morning...

To remind entrepreneurs that your business should work for you, not the other way around — so you can be present for the people and moments that matter most.

My not-so-secret superpowers:

Kajabi:

This is my all-in-one business hub. I run everything through Kajabi — my courses, memberships, landing pages, checkout, and emails. It keeps things simple, seamless, and in one place (no duct-taping 10 different tools together). If you’re building an online program, Kajabi is hands-down the platform I recommend.

Airtable

Think of Airtable as spreadsheets… but way smarter and prettier. It’s how I keep my content, launches, and projects organised without drowning in Google Sheets. I use it for planning everything from my email strategy to client projects — and it’s a game-changer for staying on top of the moving pieces in business.

Asana

My go-to project management tool. Asana keeps me (and my team) organised, on track, and out of overwhelm. From big-picture planning to the nitty-gritty daily tasks, it’s the system that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks — and helps me actually enjoy ticking things off my list.

A peek into my world...

Built a 7-figure membership during nap times

Every piece of my first membership site — the lessons, the tech, the marketing — was built in those tiny windows of quiet between nappies, snacks, and toddler meltdowns.

It wasn’t glamorous, but it worked… proof that you don’t need endless hours in the day to build something big.

Collaborated with Disney Pixar on Luca

One of those “pinch me” moments? Disney Pixar reached out to collaborate on Italian language products to promote their film Luca (yep, the one set in Italy 🛶🍝).

It was surreal — and showed me just how far a simple idea can go.

Moved two babies under two to NYC (yes, really)

Because I’ve always been up for an adventure, I packed up and moved our family to New York City with two babies under two. My daughter learned to walk and talk in Brooklyn, and to this day my kids still have the tiniest American twang.

New York will forever feel like a second home.

First business? Wine barrel gardens

My very first business was selling French oak half wine barrel gardens. I loved the idea… until I realised they were ridiculously heavy. (Picture me trying to haul one — not cute.)

Let’s just say I quickly pivoted to a business model that didn’t require a forklift.
